CRAFT INNOVATIONS is a boutique consulting bureau, founded in 2019.
Our mission is to help businesses create commercially successful innovations,
as well as user-friendly digital and physical products and services.
We achieve that by redesigning business processes, digital & physical points of contact, and your internal culture of customer service. All changes are made via deep analysis of your customers' behaviour, evaluation of how they perceive the current level of interaction, best world practices, and continuous testing of our conjectures prior to implementing the solutions.
Moreover, we help new innovative solutions come to life! Perhaps, you have an idea in mind, or you are looking for one to invest in, but you lack time, in-house expertise, people, etc. This is where we come in. Acting as your innovation team and applying design thinking, we conduct a user research, validate market demand, synthesize a product or service ideas, create prototypes, test them with real customers, develop business models for your future innovations.
